How To Find The Best Pre-Foreclosure Deals

Experienced Investors Know, There’s No Silver Bullet

How many times have we heard someone shouting from the rooftops how they have just finished conquering the world by following a few simple steps and pressing a magic money button?  If you’re reading this post, you already know that there is no such thing and that true wealth takes time to build.

But there are three pre-foreclosure investing skills needed in order to consistently attack the market.

These Technical Skills Are:

1)      Knowing what to look for…

2)      Know where to look for it…

3)      Knowing what to do once you find it…

The “IT” is a piece of real estate that you can buy at a huge discount.

When I mention discount, I’m thinking “drastic.”  Especially in this economy.  If a property is worth $200,000 (after repairs) and you can buy it for $100,000, you just acquired the property at 50% discount.

This kind of approach to pre-foreclosure investing can make you very rich.  What could be more important to the life blood of your real estate investing business?

Buying right (at a substantial discount) is the key to business growth and development, right?  Well, yes and no.

Yes, it’s important for the real estate entrepreneur to be able to acquire new property at a discount.  But what could be more important than this?

How about having a system for consistently finding and buying new property at a substantial discount every day of the week?

I would wager to say that “the system” would be much more powerful than someone’s ability to perform a task.  The system for buying pre-foreclosure properties at steep discounts is much more powerful than the ability to buy right.
